*Notes:

1. Repairs that require more than one hour of time to repair may be subject to additional labor charged in 15 minute increments at CR-LABOR rates.
2. Controllers that are severely damaged by lightning or water whereas traces are missing, lifted, or corroded may fall under a time and materials repair category instead of the flat rate repair.
3. Repairs that require a keypad in addition to other repairs will have the keypad added as an additional billed part, ie CR-BLABOR + Keypad Cost. The entire repair may also be billed on a time and materials basis based on the cost of the repair.
4. Rain Bird controllers or communication devises that are part of an active Maxi system will be subject to a 15 minute minimum communications test at CR-LABOR rates
5. Minimum Diagnostic charge is 30 minutes of CR-LABOR ($68.00)
6. Shipping and handling: Minimum $10.00 per individual controller. Multiple controllers are given volume discounts.
